KIDZAPALOOZA

This Saturday we decided to take Mya to Kidzapalooza at Vet's Memorial & met the Grimm's there. As most kids' events are it was a little loud, crazy & overwhelming but it got the kids out of the house on yet another freezing day. I think they had a good time.
We got there a little bit before the Grimm's & Mya didn't seem to want to do anything. We couldn't even get her to smile. We finally asked her if she wanted to go home & she told us matter-of-factly "No...I'm waiting for Evan!". How silly of us! While we waited she did get a tattoo, made a Mya-bracelet & learned out to wear an eye-patch.

Once Evan got there the fun began. The biggest thing for them to do was all the different bouncy houses & slides. We stood in long lines for each one but both kids loved them & would have gone again & again if they could have. (I know the pictures are a little blurry but you try catching 2 little kids moving at the speed of light!)
There were 2 police vehicles that the kids could get inside of. They both really liked them & went in several times. They even were willing to share the driver's seat which I was pretty impressed by!
We stopped at this little coloring house not really expecting the kids to pay much attention to it. They surprised us by really liking it! The enjoyed climbing in & out of it more than coloring but that was ok, too.

Batter is Yummy!!

As you all know my Dad runs his own business, Roger's Honey. A couple of months ago they launched their website. I'm going to put their link at the bottom of my site from now on so please feel free to check it out & share it with friends that might be interested in their products. They have lots of great stuff!
Also, keep an eye out for other family sites coming soon!
